The Solid Waste Department (SWD) provides a full complement of refuse collection services to commercial establishments, which must, by City Ordinance; (1) use commercial collection services from SWD, and (2) use SWD containers to store and dispose of their refuse. This ordinance includes multi-family residential complexes. SWD commercial collection services include
