   The City of Bartow 4th of July Celebration 2025 will be held on Friday, July 4, from 2:30 to 10pm. The event will feature live music, a roving magician and food vendors. There will also be a Kid Zone with inflatable games, face painting and an ice cream truck! We will conclude the night with a fire work show over the lake at Mary Holland Park. Apply now to be part of this HUGE event!

   Vendor Fee: $100 (Electricity is included.)

    Applicants may pay through cash, card, or check. Checks must be made out to the City of Bartow. All payments can be made at the Bartow Civic Center. Payments must be submitted two weeks prior to the event.

    Rules

    • Arrive at the agreed upon set up time slot prior to the start of the event
    • Late arrivals may be moved to a later time slot or into the start of the event
    • Vendors are expected to remain open until the end of the event
    • The food court will be open from 2:30pm until 9pm
    • Vendors are not permitted to serve after 9pm and must shut down after the fireworks
    • There will be cooldown stations near the food court area
    • Vendor has creative freedom for 10 x 10 area.
    • Cannot interfere with other vendor’s space
    • Audio devices or usage of any kind is prohibited
    • Must use ONLY the agreed upon electrical outlets
    • Marketing materials and signage must be “family-friendly”
    • No profanity
    • No suggestive illustrations or images
    • All vendors must be licensed and permitted to work in the state of Florida (This information will be due at the same time as payment along with a Certificate insurance listing the City as additionally insured.)

    Applications can be submitted via email or dropped off at the Bartow Civic Center, 2250 S. Floral Ave. Payments should be made at the Civic Center no later than June 20.
