This dance class specifically targets our senior adults looking to stay active. Dancehall is a form of Caribbean style dancing that originated in Jamaica. Whether you have some experience - or none at all - this is the perfect class.

This group is designed for Seniors who want to put a little "pepe in their step!" And what better way to do that than Line Dancing. Line dancing involves choreographed dance with a series of steps performed in unison.
