The Fiscal Review Committee began to be referred to in the minutes from August 10, 1998. There is no record of how or when the Committee was actually established. The Committee consists of five (5) members, the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the Finance Director, and two (2) City Commissioners. The terms are indefinite. The Committee meets at the call of the chairperson as needed. The Committee meets in the City Manager's conference room. The members of the Committee do not have to file an annual Statement of Financial Interest.
