1. Application #V-20-05 Nicholas Hernandez, owner of the property located at 715 Pinecrest Drive, requests a variance of 23’ to allow a 2’ front yard setback in-lieu-of 25’ to construct an open carport addition on an existing single family residence. (Public Hearing Required)
