(Public Hearing Required)

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF BARTOW

On Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 5:30 PM (EST), or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Commission Chambers, at 450 North Wilson Avenue, Bartow, Florida, the Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on the following application(s):

Application #V-19-09 Stephen Cox, applicant, Bartow Community Redevelopment Agency, owner of the property located on the south side of Stanford Street; 250’ east of 3rd Avenue, requests variances of: 1) 5’ to allow a 20’ front yard setback in lieu of 25’; and 2) 2’ 6” to allow 5’ side yard setbacks in lieu of 7’ 6” to construct a new single family residence. The property is legally described as Lot 4, Block 2, Manns G W Sub, PB 3, PG 17, Polk County, Florida. (Tax Parcel #253005-383000-002040)

To appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any application the parties will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based. All parties are invited to comment, either by attending the meeting or by mail. No objections being raised, it is presumed none exist. A copy of the complete application is available for inspection at City Hall, 450 N. Wilson Ave., Bartow, FL during normal business hours.
