1. Application #A-19-01 Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to annex 36 (+/-) acres of land into the City limits of Bartow. The property is owned by Patricia Powell, Et. Al. and is located on the west side of US Highway 17 North; immediately north of the Walmart entrance drive at US Highway 17 North in Section 32, Township 29S, Range 25E, Polk County Florida. (Public Hearing Required)

2. Application #CPA-19-01-LS Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to assign an LDR, Low Density Residential to 27.1 (+/-) acres of land and a Commercial Future Land Use Map designation to 8.9 (+/-) acres of land. The property is owned by Patricia Powell, Et. Al. and is located on the west side of US Highway 17 North; immediately north of the Walmart entrance drive at US Highway 17 North in Section 32, Township 29S, Range 25E, Polk County Florida. (Public Hearing Required)

3. Application #Z-19-01 Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to assign a PD, Planned Development zoning classification to 36 (+/-) acres of land. The property is owned by Patricia Powell, Et. Al. and is located on the west side of US Highway 17 North; immediately north of the Walmart entrance drive at US Highway 17 North in Section 32, Township 29S, Range 25E, Polk County Florida. (Public Hearing Required)

City of Bartow

The City of Bartow Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 p.m. (EST), Monday, February 25, 2019, in the City Commission Chambers, at 450 N. Wilson Ave, Bartow, Florida. The purpose of this meeting is to review and recommend action to the City Commission on the following applications:

Application #A-19-01 Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to annex 36 (+/-) acres of land into the City limits of Bartow; Application #CPA-19-01-LS Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to assign an LDR, Low Density Residential to 27.1 (+/-) acres of land and a Commercial Future Land Use Map designation to 8.9 (+/-) acres of land; and Application #Z-19-01 Review and recommendation to the City Commission of a request to assign a PD, Planned Development zoning classification to 36 (+/-) acres of land.
