Help Desk

The Help Desk provides desktop support to City departments with varied types of computer-related problems. Currently, we support 100+ users and have 2 IT Supervisor and 1 IT Support Specialists. The 24 hour operations support include the Fire and Police Departments, which have Tier II support.

Network Operations

Network Operations group manages the Wide Area Network (cable/wireless), Internet access and Network Management for the City, and provides desktop support.
